Grenache, Marsanne and Viognier make up our white Côtes du Rhône Terroir Daronton.
The terroirs that produce our Côtes-du-Rhône consist mainly of limestone soil with clay subsoil, which accounts for the wine’s mineral character.
Grapes are refreshed after de-stemming and crushing with a short skin contact maceration. The fermentation process takes place at a low temperature (17°C).
The Côtes du Rhône white is bottling in spring season to keep the fresh aromas.
