Our “Limited Editions” are created to highlight a grape variety, a terroir or an exceptional year.
Our Cellar Master produces a specific cuvée, in a limited quantity, designed for appreciators of complex, structured wines, with great potential for laying down.
Our “Limited Edition” Vacqueyras Terroir Daronton is made with Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault on chalky clay soils covered with galets roulés (large, round rocks).
After being harvested by hand, vinification is done by separate grape varieties with maceration lasting 15 to 20 days. The Grenache is matured on fine lees for 11 months and the Syrah is placed in oak barrels.
